Anthony ONeal grew up with a strong spiritual background, a loving family who taught him about the Christian faith and how to live life following the law. However, there was a subject matter that he wished he had been informed about before he set out into the real world and that is how to deal with finances.
Before he knew it, at 19 years old, he was a college dropout, with tens of thousands of debts, living in the back of his car, and asking his friends of ways how he can get something to eat. Living for six months at that state, he knew he needed to shift things. He decided to get a job, pay all of his debt, and start building wealth.
Now, he is travelling the world teaching teens who are like his younger self how to get out of debt, how to build wealth, and how to start a business.
In this episode we will be blessed with his knowledge and experiences about the beauty of living debt-free and hopefully we’ll be able to apply it to start living a life of our design.

When Anthony hit rock bottom, he realized that he doesn’t need to look like he has money, but he needs to actually have the money. Hear what he has to say about having the right mindset, how to stick to your vision and take action.
[4:21] Know how to deal with finances. Anthony have a strong spiritual and educational background but those alone didn’t fully equipped him with how to really live life. Having a strong financial foundation early in life is crucial.
[9:52] Chase your purpose. Around 62% of millennials are living paycheck to paycheck. It is because a lot of them do not have vision. Identify what is the next 5-15 years will look like. What is your purpose in life? What is it that you get so excited to do? Get that clear vision, and chase it.
[10:36] Choose your circle well. Surround yourself with people who will challenge you, who you can build with, those who will push you towards the same vision.
[14:28] Speak what you seek, not what you see. You see that you have a lot of debt- do not speak about it, instead speak about the fact that you are about to pay it all off. Set that date when you are going to be debt free and hustle towards it. Live like no one else now, so you can live like no one else tomorrow.
[19:00] Look good, not on the outside, but on the inside. Young people now are driving expensive cars but are going home to their parent, or are still renting. Shift that mindset. Do not aim to just look like you have a lot of money, but aim to actually have the money.
[21:35] Earn a college degree, debt-free. A dream school should be an affordable school. It doesn’t matter how and where you start, not even where you finish, but how you finish, and that is debt free.
