(12:46) The key thing that we learned was focusing on creating a great audience, focusing on creating a great community first. Then you can do whatever you want afterwards, because your ultimate goal is to just serve the community.
(16:28) What I found over the years is consistency helps, and then naturally you’ll build an audience.
(18:13) If you’re starting out, this is more of like a long-term brain hack. What you’re looking for is the unsolicited response rate.
(22:18) I read a lot of books, so I’m looking for people that are similar to me, people that want to learn, people that are curious.
